What international tracking options does PostNord offer?

PostNord offers distinct tracking tiers: Merchandise Mail Plus L3 (Fully Tracked) provides end-to-end tracking with optional delivery confirmation; and Merchandise Mail Plus L2 (Country Tracked) confirms when the item enters the destination country's postal network;  For commercial e-commerce, the International Parcel product offers tracked delivery across European routes.

Can PostNord handle customs clearance for international shipments?

Yes. PostNord is a recognised specialist in customs and duties processing across all major trade corridors. For shipments into the Nordic countries, particularly Norway, which is outside the EU, PostNord manages full import processing including VAT and duty calculations. For outbound shipments, automated customs documentation and HS code support are available through the booking platform and API.
